Dallas natives Mason Frasier Reiter and Logan Cole Meyers are lifelong friends and now business partners. After the pandemic hit, Logan and Mason seized an opportunity to utilize their experience in Commercial Real Estate by forming Frasier Cole.
Frasier Cole helps their clients throughout all aspects of the transaction via real estate consulting and brokerage. They have worked with both principals and developers to execute a strategic plan of action that resulted in profitable transactions for their clients. Along the way, they have earned a reputation for their ability to quickly and effectively accomplish the goals set forth by their clients. Since inception, Frasier Cole has closed $50 million dollars worth of value-add transactions for their clients.
What sets them apart is their 'Dirt Dog' mentality which is hustle, work ethic, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done for their clients.

Managing Partner
A Dallas native, Mason has spent over 20+ years living in Texas. Over the years, Mason has developed a specialty of assisting investors in the Texas real estate market with their acquisitions/dispositions of investment properties, net leased properties, 1031 exchanges, and land. Before starting Frasier Cole, Mason spent several years working in sales with a focus on client development. Mason then went on to work at STRIVE, a full-service brokerage company based in Dallas, TX where he helped investors buy and sell Single-Tenant and Multi-Tenant retail investments. Mason graduated from Indiana University where he majored in both Sports Management and Communications. In his free time, Mason enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, concerts and spending time with his family, friends, and dog Murphy.
